    I think the answer is D. Irony. Both puns and irony have a similar meaning. Puns is a wordpaly wherein a person uses a word with a similar sound but means a little bit different from the word intended. It is often used as a sarcastic way. Irony is often expressed in a sarcastic manner. This figure of speech is used to expressed the opposite thought of the speaker
