    C) Ozymandias had a massive statue of himself constructed of which only fragments remain.

    Explanation:

    This is one of the interpretations from the given lines. There are only remains which are surviving and the scenario has stamped on the "lifeless things". His words which appeared in the scene has also been washed away and only the remains are left. It mainly focusses on how life will change at a moment and no one can rely on it because nothing is permanent.
