By retrieving the sword for Kay, Arthur shows himself to be selfless and respectful. When asking Arthur to get the sword, he tells him he'll reward him with money if he can do it quickly. Arthur has known all his life that Kay is meant to be a Knight and Arthur just a squire, but they still grew up as brothers and it really hurts Arthur to be treated as just a squire. He is mad as he starts walking away, but realizes that Kay is under an immense amount of pressure and probably just said that to hide his own nerves and embarrassment for forgetting his sword. Thinking this through, Arthur calms himself down. Even though he was angry though, Arthur did not hesitate in leaving to go get the sword-this shows that he is respectful of Kay who is in a higher position than he is, and selfless because he is willing to do whatever it takes to make his brother and 'father' happy.
