Nigel's Painting

It had taken Nigel several months of hard work, and now he was exuberant because he had finally completed his last painting. It was his thirtieth piece of art. He was about to exhibit his paintings at the local art exhibition hall.

Nigel was told that the exhibition would be open to artists, mainly painters and sculptors from all over the country. He also knew that a few local artisans would be exhibiting their handcrafted work. Nigel looked forward to seeing his artwork up on the walls.

Nigel had used a really large canvas for his thirtieth painting, and it looked extraordinary, mainly due its size and the gold paint he had used to embellish it. The painting looked exquisite due to this final adorning touch, and Nigel felt confident placing it in the exhibit.
