    Well, obviously if it's out of the choices, it's going to be choice number 1.

    All of the other choices are just segments of the article and don't really hit home at all. Normally a topics main idea will be introduced in the first line or so which is in this case.

    So the answer would be The First Option: What would you do if you had in extra $5 to spend?
