    The sentence that uses the dashes correctly is the option D. Because it incorporates a major pause to include the description of the subject and after it the main idea continues. The option C cannot be because the main idea was completely interrupted and never retaken in the sentence, so they should use ellipsis (the three consecutive periods) ...
