How does the Time Traveller seem to feel about the Eloi and the Morlocks?

The Time Traveller feels that the Elois are good-looking but they are unintelligent and lazy. On the other hand, the Morlocks are more initiative and hardworking even though they look disgusting and inhuman.

He thought the Elois have the dainty attributes of a human but they were also depicted as naïve and innocent. He speculates that the Elois are descended from nobles and the Morlocks from laborers.
