    the correct answer would be James had also brought cookies to the bake sale. the first one is not the correct answer because it includes too many not needed words such as too and also. the third one is also incorrect because the original sentence above does not mention anyone named Alex and i includes both also and the word too in the same sentence and in the fourth it said in addition, meaning that he has also brought something other than cookies and it does not say anything other than cookies in the original sentence
