    The Answer:

The word evidence refers to something that can prove any kind of information.

    A) if we can send three men a quarter of a million miles away and bring them home. Option A is not correct because it doesn't show the second clause of the sentence which might present the supporting information of evidence.

    B) first of all if someone says your dream is impossible they're wrong. This can not be the correct answer either, because it uses the conditional If which represent all the imaginary, unreal and hypothetical situations in grammar.

    C) you can't prove that something is impossible all you know is that it hasn't happened. This option is not correct because it talks about the absence of evidence, in the phrase - you can't prove-, this doesn't present any real and reliable information that is true.

    D) people said no one could scale Mount Everest but in 1953, Sir Edum Hilary. This is the correct answer because in 1953 Sir Edum Hilary along with the sherpa nepalí Tenzing Norgay became the first people climbing Mount Everest, this information is real and there are records about the event which makes this statement the best example of evidence.
