    Pacific

    Explanation:

The Pacific Plate is located directly to the east of the Philippine Plate. The border between the two plates is a convergent plate boundary between two oceanic crust plates. The Pacific Plate is subducting underneath the Philippine Plate, causing the formation of the island arch that is the Philippine Islands. Between the two plates is the much smaller Mariana Plate.
