    None of these are technically "wrong," per se. They're all things that you could totally say in response to the original question. But I'm willing to bet that the best answer is C: "My team initiated a unified, professional response from the start." This is by far the most professional and courteous response, and probably how you would be expected to respond in this type of situation.
