A recipe calls for 6 cups of water and 4 cups of flour. What is the ratio of water to flour. If the recipe is decreased to use 2 cups of water, how much flour should be used?

    The ratio of water to flour is 3:2, and if the recipe is decreased to use 2 cups of water, 3/4 cup of flour should be used.
