    Explanation:

    Because the first reason is that the research might have been done in earlier years which currently are not applicable. For example a journal written in 1880 about airplanes will not give us a good insight for our current airplane problem. Secondly, the author might not have a good credential. He/She might have had a history writing hoaxes.
