    Explanation:

    you couldnt have the 2 sentences alone because it wouldn't make sense. Why do you need to raise money, you have to have the other sentence

    The above-given sentence is a run on because it has two complete thought running together. For the sentence to be perfect there must be joining word that defines the second sentence to form a whole one sentence.
