Generations can learn from one another by experience and events they have witnessed in their lifetime. Older or younger, we all learn something from each other because we have been through different things. The first kind of learning most people encounter is from their role model, or the person you look up to as a child or at any age for that matter. The younger generation constantly looks up to the older generation. They watch how they move, listen to how they communicate, and also the things they talk about in their daily lives. This becomes a huge factor to the type of person they grow up to be considering their career, interests, and beliefs.
