All Vehicles Have Blind Spots

5 In the case of a backover incident, the blind spot is the place behind your vehicle that you cannot see in the rear or side view mirrors - or even by craning your neck out the driver's side window. Generally speaking, the larger the vehicle, the larger the blind spot.

The author would like to add a sentence in section 5 of this passage. Choose the MOST effective location for this sentence: Therefore drivers of large vehicles need to be especially aware of their environment.

The correct option is B) after sentence 2

    Explanation:

The sentence which the author wants to add in section 5 is a kind of conclusion of the statements 1 and 2. Hence, the best option to place the sentence is at the end of the section 5.

Other options, like option A, cannot be considered because the sentence which the author wants to add is a conclusive sentence and it will make no sense if placed n between sentence 1 and sentence 2.
