    Explanation:The company has a choice or a right to decide who they take along to work for them and to know what precautions they may need to take if they decided to take a particular individual.

    They also need to establish trust with their employees hence they need to know if that is possible as they hire certain individuals.

    This is then a legal question that one may not refuse to disclose.
