Estrella Montanez, the director of the Nelson Avenue Family Residence in the Bronx, was able to found out that, it was only 15 out 75 families has computer or tablets for online education during this period of Coronavirus pandemic.

Also, majority of those that had the computer has no access to internet for them to be able to connect online for their studies. The solutions she was proposing was on the need to inculcate both online and offline method in the teaching of the students rather than fully online method.

In addition, she proposed on the need for the distribution of computers and tablets to some of the students that were not having any previously.
