Two co-teachers, Daniel and Mathew, have to grade a set of math journals. Daniel grades 45% of the journals. Mathew has to grade 121 journals.

How many journals are there in all?

    121 = 55%

    121 / 55 = 2.2

    1% = 2.2

    2.2 x 100 = 220

    220 journals in all
