Answer : D. Socializing can actually increase productivity

Socializing in the workplace has both good and bad effects. Some of the bad effect is that it may cause you to create a hostile environment in the workplace due to over-socializing which may lead to unnecessary gossips. It can also decrease your productivity because your work time maybe all wasted by socializing. One of the good effects is that it creates a connection within the organization that in one way or another may be useful in times of your professional endeavor.
