    b. human interaction is necessary for children to learn a language adequately

    Explanation:

Noam Chomsky's is a inniatist theorist with the LAD (Language Acquisition Device) theory on children and he came to the conclusion that children only come to learn language with new vocabulary and sentence syntactic structures (arrangement of words) cues.

According to Chomsky children can not learn a language by copying because of the highly irregular language pattern of what is spoken around them. Adult often break up their speech and it is ungrammatical sometimes.

The most common argument against the Chomsky's language acquisition device is the option b that is human interaction is necessary for children to learn a language adequately.

    Explanation:

It is stated that an isolated children will always learn to walk, but would not be able to learn the language. This is a clear indication that learning language is clearly dependent on human interaction.

Also in another case, if a kid is born in middle east but is being raised in Europe, it is most likely that he will not know the native language of middle east (if no one arounds him speaks it) but will be fluent in the local language of Europe.
