Ernest Hemingway was the American writer and journalist who lived from 1899 to 1961. His novels were huge influence on American literature of his age, they were also very popular and number of them were made into a movies. This Hemingway's works, such as "Farewell to Arms" (1929) and "For Whom the Bell Tools" (1940) deal with important temporary questions and problems, since they speak about great wars of the time. Hemingway was also important due to his writing style: it was pretty raw, journalistic and behavioristic, with short, sharp sentences, but in spite of that showed strong and deep emotions.
