A judgment is an opinion or decision based on thoughts, feelings and evidence. It might display a negative connotation, however, this is not always the case. There is a good type of judgement and an obstructive one. As clearly stated above, it's an opinion. Nonetheless, opinions are not facts. The way an individual "judges", or reacts to the action of "being judged" it's idiosyncratic. Therefore, there is no specific way of telling if you are being judged unless the individual states so, or you internalize it like that.
