In Act V, Malcolm and Macduff are leading an army against Macbeth. Where was the army created?

In William Shakespear's play book called Macbeth, Malcolm forms an army within England and he went to Scotland with Lord Macduff, a hero who later on killed Macbeth to save everybody from his cruel rule.
