For all of his schooling, Nicola has found himself in the lower level tracks. Despite this, he has studied hard and has done well in his classes. In his eighth-grade year, one of his teachers urged him to register for college preparatory courses in high school. Related to this is the self-fulfilling prophecy that can lead to mistakenly belief that, as a student, you're good/bad, depending on the ideas the teacher has and acting as such.
