Mother and nature are two distinct terms. Mother refers to a woman who performs the role of bearing some relation to a child or to children, who maybe or may not be their biological offspring. Nature on the other hand refers to the natural, physical and material world like humans and all the life that exist in the world. Mother and nature when joined together as mother nature, is a common preference or personification of nature itself which focuses on the giving of life and the nurturing aspects of nature by encompassing it in the form of mother.
