The question is very incomplete but i went ahead to explain what was going on in that scene from the book 'Macbeth' by Shakespeare.

    Explanation:

This is from a scene in 'Macbeth' by Shakespeare. Malcom is the older son of and rightful successor to his father King Duncan, the King of Scotland. Macbeth, under the influence of his wife and the prophecies of the witches had killed King Duncan and become King of Scotland. Macduff is a Scottish noble who is also a friend, supporter and adviser to young Malcom. Macduff and Malcom are united by both their loyalty to Scotland and their common enemy King Macbeth. They both flee to England to request for the support of English King Edward and his army in order to overthrow King Macbeth. Macbeth learns about this and orders the killing of Macduff's wife and children at their castle. That is what Macduff refers to when he says 'He has no children. All my pretty ones? Did you say all? O hell-kite! All? What, all my pretty chickens and their dam At one fell swoop?'. Then Malcom comforts him by saying 'Be comforted. Let's make us medicines of our great revenge, To cure this deadly grief'. In other words, he is suggesting that they cure their grief by taking revenge on Macbeth.
