Many people say that computerized voting is not secure-at least, not without some sort of backup system. Still,

an election commission recently said that it will let individual districts decide when and how to use so-called e-

voting. The accuracy of voting became an issue after the 2000 presidential election. The results were delayed

after officials found that punch card ballots used in Florida were difficult to interpret.

    According to me E-voting is controversial.

    Explanation:

    The reasons for the same can be : -

    1. Fraudulent - In today's world few people are as such who have excelled the art of cyber crime as they can easily hack and track your working which can act as a big hurdle to E-voting.

    2. Paper acts as a Gold Standard - As the mentality and perception of the people persist, a layman finds it difficult to use the E voting process for which they find paper work more trust able and easy process.
