When siting an online article, do I have to mention who funded the paper. Like in my situation the article only gives me two names that relates to the creation of the paper : "Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative" and then this right below it - "University of Mexico". Would I only include the university who actually wrote the paper or would I also include the organization who made the paper possible?

    Well you cite as much information as you can. if that's all that's available, then cite it.
