In other words, the proposal made by the author is not justified, as there is not enough evidence to validate his argument. To put it bluntly, the fact that there are Ebola carriers in África is not enough to justify the decision of reducing flights towards USA. The author does not establish a clear logical relationship between the cases of Ebola and the decision to reduce flights towards North America.

    Choice C is incorrect because a false analogy is made when considering that two or more things have the same qualities, but in fact they do not.
