Belfast Confetti essay task - How does the writer present feelings of cunfusion in the poem Belfast Confetti?

The author uses feeling of confusion because it gives the mode of the poem. he uses it in a way that is unexplainable. but he puts it in the poem because then we know what the feeling is. w / out it we could just think it's just a normal feeling and it's no different.
