Yes, I'm sure of it A highschool would not want a gun on premises would you if you were a principal?

This is true but in some states people are questioning whether or not concealed carry should be allowed by staff (with protection in mind of course) so that if/when a shooting happens they're able to properly defend themselves. So in conclusion I don't think there is complete zero tolerance it's more like a question that's still to be decided.
