    This question is actually based from " Martin Luther King's "Letter From Birmingham Jail" and based on this letter, the Negro has many repressed emotions and hidden frustrations, and he must release them. How King concludes this claim is by encouraging white leaders to permit those protests that are nonviolent. the answer would be the third option.
