No filter is a love story that involves a sort of Romeo and Juliette kind of relationship as well as it talks about the new youth, social media addiction and depression. It also enters the theme of social bullying. It is fair to say that is nails it when it comes to talk about the difficulties and problems of the young adults and adolescents from nowadays. It is a very interesting book about people who might even forget that there is a world outside their bubbles as well.

No filter is a story about how two counselors with opposite tastes become good friends and the main idea is that "Opposites attract". The saying "opposites attract" really plays a part in the story, Jordyn is more of a active and outdoors person and Mariah is more of a sit inside and read a book. This really shows when Mariah references a harry potter book and Jordyn doesn't get it. So by the end of the story they become really good friends and hope to see eachother again. Showing that people even with the most disagreeable hobbies or opinions can be friends.
