    I'd say C is certainly false, although D could be as well.

    C is false because, quite the opposite, you should take your time constructing emails, especially if you are writing to someone important to you, such as your teacher, etc.

    However, D might also be incorrect. It depends - you don't have to write long-winded emails if it can be said in only a couple of sentences.

    A and B are both definitely true, so I'd go with both answers.
