According to Wiesel, how can indifference be "tempting"?

    Wiesel describes it as tempting and seductive because it's easy. People are indifferent either because of lack of knowledge or because it's easy for them to not have to worry and have others solve their problems. It is believed that being indifferent is the same as being an accomplice in crimes.
