Read this excerpt from "The Medicine Bag." My buddies passed in a single file and shook his hand as I introduced them. They were so polite I almost laughed. "How, there, Grandpa," and even a "How-do-you-do, sir." "You look fine, Grandpa," I said as the guys sat on the lawn chairs or on the patio floor. "Hanh, yes," he agreed. "When I woke up this morning, it seemed the right time to dress in the good clothes. I knew that my grandson would be bringing his friends." What does the dialogue in this excerpt suggest about the characters? Grandpa is offended because Martin is ashamed to introduce him to his friends. Grandpa understands Martin's need to impress his friends, and Martin is relieved. Martin's friends treat Grandpa with more respect than Martin does during the visit. Martin feels angry and guilty because his friends almost laugh at his grandpa.

I think the answer that seems to match best with the excerpt would be " Martin's friends treat Grandpa with more respect than Martin does during the visit." I'm stuck between this one and the previous one but it doesn't seem like Martin is "relieved" because his Grandpa dressed well. The most logical answer to me would be the third one.
