Describe a nonprofit competition strategy that you have seen a company use. Do you think this strategy was effective? Why or why not?

    Kroger is always copying other real brands hoping for someone to buy it but it never works because the original brand is always the better so people continue to buy that one instead. This would technically be considered a non-profit competition strategy.
