    Yes, it could be either A or C, because there is definitely a simile in the sentence: like a feather on a breeze.

    I'd choose C. personification and simile, because there is no onomatopoeia here (imitation of sounds from nature). I don't see any personification either, unless the word she refers to somebody who is not human.
