america's experiences with previous wars had an impact in their handling of wwII because of the negative impact which they had observed come from the previous wars. During previous wars as all wars, there was a drawback in the nation's economic growth, and living standards of citizens were seen to be very low after coming out of a war. America was on a mission to become the leading country in the world and they couldn't afford any setback so, they chose to remain neutral during the war and build their economy while European economy crashes during wwII (this was short-lived though)

countries involed in WWll learnt from the losses they experienced during and after the war. Countries involved realized the economic impact of the war was severe and the human cost was astronomical. Some countries like Germany lost their full sovereignty and others lost territories and oversea colonies. This experience was never to be forgotten and so countries came together to establish the UN so as not to ever have to resort to war again for settling disputes.
