    Explanation:

    In chapter 8, it snows in Maycomb. The children create a "snowman" with mud and a little bit of snow. When Atticus sees the snowman he tells they did a "jim-dandy job". Jem is delighted because of that comment, and he tells Scout that Atticus is a gentleman. This gives the reader the idea of the loving relationship between Jem and Atticus.
