What is the difference between accused of and charge with

    Your accused but not proven of the charge until proven in court and charged means you already pleaded guilty to your crime and responsible to pay your fine or in worst cases jail time.

    Being accused means a formal accusation was made by a competant authority. being charged with it you have to be prosecuted
