Who says the following and why?

Therefore be patient, take no note of him:

It is my will; the which if thou respect,

Show a fair presence and put off these frowns,

Capulet says this to Tybalt, he tells him to calm down and ignore Romeo and to not give him attention. He also tells him to stop frowning because it does not look proper during a feast.

This is from Romeo and Juliet if I recall.
