Fear can drive someone to act in many ways. People often act out of fear instead of logic. Fear drives people to do things that cause negative or positive outcomes. A few years ago I was so excited to go on this roller coaster. I was very confident all the way up the line but when I sat down in the seat and my seat belt strapped in, I started freaking out and wanting to get off. Fear made me act like that. Fear drove me to becoming frightened.

Answer: Fear drives someone to act in a positive way at least in my case when I had an experience happen to me while playing a sport that I truly love.

Explanation: This was about 5 years ago when I first started playing softball and I was terrified of doing bad and messing up especially because of my dad who played sports when he was younger. I was playing with my former team at the time and we were in a tournament and it was our last one of the season and I had not gotten any hits or even got on base before and I was so scared every time I went up to bat and always thought that I was going to strike out and never got on base. But for some reason when I went up to bat during that game I just felt free even though I was still scared out of mind I just thought to let go of my fears and just not think too much about what would happen and I ended up hitting the ball and getting on base and I've never felt so relieved in my life until that moment.
