It is an opposite of a low-context cultures which depends mostly on explicit verbal communication, they use more words to pass the message to others like American culture.

    High-context cultures believes and values interpersonal relationships such as most of the eastern culture, where all the generation live under the same house. Japanese is in the East, which means they belong to those cultures that values implicit communication.
