By the definition of the word "convoluted", it means to be intircately twisted, folded or coiled. Between the two objects presented, a pebble has a regular shape and smooth surface that has no folds, or coils. On the other hand, seashells have remarkable twists, coils and folds that fits the definition of the word convoluted. Therefore, a seashell is most likely to be convoluted.
