    Explanation:

    A command economy is one in which supply is regulated by the government. As such, competition is not a feature of command economies. China once had a command economy, but switched to a mixed economy that includes many free market principles.

    Japan is not at all a command economy, nor is India, as both countries are solid democracies with free market economies. North Korea is perhaps, along with Cuba, a classic example of a command economy controlled by the central state.
