    From a strategic perspective, the United States and Canada are abundant in natural resources like crude oil and natural gas these continents are rich reserves of biodiverse lives and have are resourceful countries. Recently its found that the presence of natural gas and reserves of oil are found in offshore areas of arctic and Greenland which has untapped with resources as thee ecosystem is untouched by mankind and has plenty of hidden properties that need to be explored. Hence, the trump government and the U. S, in general, want to take control of these reserves of oil as the oil is a valuable resource for future planning and growth. Thus the trace regulated stakes in these as valuable assets. Billions of dollars can be spent on for such projects.
