If the amount of solar energy reaching a body of water increased, how would it affect the rate of evaporation

    Evaporation rates depend on the air you have, cold air cannot hold much moister, warm air can hold a lot (that's why you never say it feels humid out on a cold day). If your solar energy increased, it would increase the rate of evaporation because it would warm the air more.
