Deforestation is the most serious problem facing the world's forests and the main regions of forest loss are Africa and South America.

Africa has always had a problem with deforestation, especially because of its high temperatures that are scorching the continent throughout the entire year. When it comes to South America, many of its rainforests are rapidly starting to disappear due to climate changes and people wanting to build there.
